1. Digital Instant Fulfillment

Billza Pay ("Billza Pay") operates exclusively as a digital services and technology provider. All services offered—including mobile recharges, DTH top-ups, FASTag balance top-ups, and utility bill payments—are delivered digitally and instantly upon successful transaction processing.

2. Fulfillment Timelines

• Mobile & DTH Recharges: Processed instantly (typically within 1 to 5 seconds).
• FASTag Payments: Credited to toll accounts within 5 to 60 seconds depending on issuing bank node latency.
• BBPS Utility Payments: Confirmation generated instantly; credit reflection by utility boards occurs per BBPS settlement schedules.

3. Proof of Delivery

For every completed transaction, an electronic receipt containing the Operator Reference ID, Transaction Timestamp, Amount, and Biller Status is generated in your business portal or returned via API response payload.

4. Physical Shipping Disclaimer

Because Billza Pay provides purely digital transaction routing, there are no physical goods to package, ship, or deliver via courier.
