Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or integrating with Billza Pay ("Billza Pay"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all retailers, channel distributors, and API partners accessing our web portal or API endpoints.

2. Partner Obligations & Account Safety

As a partner on our platform, you agree to:

  • Maintain accurate business identification details (KYC / GSTIN / PAN as required).
  • Safeguard your login credentials, API tokens, and webhook secrets from unauthorized disclosure.
  • Ensure all transactions initiated through your account are authorized by the end consumer.
  • Maintain registered IP addresses for API access and refrain from unauthorized scraping or automated abuse.

3. Wallet Operations & Settlements

Operating balances maintained in your Billza Pay wallet are strictly non-interest bearing. Wallet credits are used to settle transaction requests initiated by your account. Account top-ups are processed through designated virtual accounts or approved banking channels.

4. Service Processing & Operator Dependencies

While Billza Pay maintains a high-availability infrastructure (targeting 99.99% uptime), final transaction completion depends on underlying telecom operators, electricity boards, and bill payment networks. Billza Pay is not liable for downstream service delays caused by operator network outages.

5. Intellectual Property & API Usage

All software, API documentation, design elements, and logos associated with Billza Pay remain the exclusive property of Billza Pay. API partners are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to consume endpoints solely for processing authorized services.
